The service
Homepics provides AI-based virtual staging and related tools for real estate marketing. Features, limits, and pricing are described on the site and may change with notice where required.
Your listings and MLS rules
You are responsible for complying with your MLS, brokerage, and local rules—including disclosure when photos are virtually staged. Output should be labeled appropriately for your market.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, to misrepresent properties, or to harass others. We may suspend access for violations or abuse that risks the platform or other users.
Subscriptions and credits
Paid plans, credits, and renewals are billed according to the options you select at checkout. Cancellation and refund rules follow the terms shown in-app and at checkout for your plan.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of staged images or catalogs in listings.
Intellectual property
Homepics and its branding, software, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service according to these terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the platform except as expressly permitted.
Output and your content
You retain rights to photos you upload, subject to the license we need to run staging and deliver results. AI outputs are provided for your listing marketing; you are responsible for how you use them and for complying with MLS, brokerage, and fair-housing obligations.
Third-party services
We rely on vendors (for example hosting, payments, and email). Their terms and privacy practices may apply to the portions of the service they provide. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Homepics against claims arising from your content, your listings, or your misuse of the service—including failure to disclose virtual staging where required.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, risk to the platform, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers and limits of liability) will survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Homepics operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where prohibited by law.
