Listing photos and uploads
Photos you upload are used to deliver staging and related features in your account. We do not sell your images or use them to train third-party models. Technical and security measures help protect stored assets.
Account and billing
We process the account, usage, and payment data needed to run the service and comply with law. Payment details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies as needed for authentication, security, and to understand how the product is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings where applicable.
Updates
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period unless a longer retention period is required by law.

We use industry-standard safeguards designed to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we encourage strong passwords and careful handling of login links.
International users
Homepics operates primarily in the United States. If you access the service from other regions, you consent to processing of information in the U.S. where our infrastructure and vendors may be located.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
